Breast Augmentation.?

Ok So I have been interested in doing my breast for at least 6years now but haven't had the chance too....I am now 25 years old and after having my first child i am totally sure i will be getting it done, I am looking for a surgeon in a foreign country like Dr, Columbia..etc( I did have a doctor in mind from the Dominican Republic (Dr.Alejandro Hernandez Pizzoglio ) Which i found out about him on the search engine, but since i don't really know anyone i could talk to about this, i am not to sure, other questions, Silicon or Saline which is best?with the more natural feeling?armpit or under the breast?....So as you can see i could use some help, It would be great to read posts from people who have got them done as well as their experience,where and prices would be awesome!! Of course i am very nerves so this information would seriously mean so much to me THANK YOU!!
