Help!! I left dye in for tooooo long! What should I Do?? Thx. ?

I used a hair dye to try & lighten up my hair, left it in for 5 hrs now my ends r fried and my edges Up front r very stingy they look like if I pull it that would be the end of it. I started today using some Dominican products. Any suggestions? Also, how long is the repair time? :((
