What do you think about this dress?

Its a really cute dress, but more casual than I would expect for a Prom. Though junior proms are sometimes more casual, so it depends on your school. I think it would be most flattering on a girl trying to hide a few extra pounds (but not too many pounds, because she'd risk looking pregnant!)
