If a Puerto Rican woman has a baby by a Dominican man can the baby get away as being a Brazilian?

I have no idea why you are asking this question but the answer is probably yes. Having been to Brazil and seen what a melting pot it is of different ethnic backgrounds then I'm sure the baby could pass.
