You look good in the one before the roaccutane and the one after. I wouldn't lie, if you looked bad I wouldn't even answer because I don't like to hurt anyone's feelings, but I'm not going to lie either. I wouldn't not date a guy just because of his skin anyway. I dated a guy with really awful skin, way worse than the little bit of redness you have, cause I don't let little things that like stop me from being attracted to someone. Trust me, this is coming from a 17 year old girl, your skin wouldn't be a problem. It's not even bad! Now, start being confident and believe what I'm saying mister lol =)
