Question about Ethnicity?

Let's say "Chris's" mother was born in the USA and she's African-American. Let's say Chris's father is half African-American, half Dominican, however, he was born in Puerto Rico. Let's say Chris's father came to the states when he was a little kid, so the majority of his life was in the USA. Would Chris be considered African-American and Dominican, or African-American, Dominican, and Puerto Rican. Let's say Chris was born in the USA in one of the 50 states.
