I would like to know if anyone can help me with my situation ?

So i just got married with the man of my life the thing is he lives in dominican republic. So that means he doesn't have a visa or is a resident or a citizen for that matter but i am i was born in florida which makes me a u.s. citizen what can i do so that i can bring my husband to the U.S. I know i have to get a petition or something like that but i don't know where or how can someone please help me ?
