Is sudocrem ok to use on kittens ? ?

im fostering 7 kittens , they are 18 days old today .. one of the girls had a sore swollen bottom for week was using vaseline like vet said but it is now on the inside of her legs , bottom of belly and under tail .. very red and sore.. is it ok to put sudocrem onto it ? o it ?
