Does anybody even care about the Marlins Anymore?

Whenever I see highlights it's always empty, like not even 20,000 people even show up and it's been like that all season long and in the past.. I mean if that was the case they don't have to move to Miami, they should just relocate to another city or even test out the Dominican Republic since I hear baseball is big down there.
