How come dominicans with kinky hair or shall i say with all the black features say they are not black there do?

Now i think its funny im black and people either think im banglidesh or dominican .now i understand when it comes to me even thoygh im dark my features look mix .but i always say im black what i dont like is when somebody with nappy hair dark skin black features say there not black .i understand when u are mix and light and amart there are social advantages . i have family members that a goo d amount of money because of being mix light and smart. if you have all the black features and you speak spanish you are black just a reminder. if you are puetorica n or dominican that have a college background or university background ill be greattfull to hear from you.
