Why does my hamster keep getting wet tail?

i got a female syrian who 2 days after purchase had to go back to the store for treatment for wet tail. They kept her in and i got her back just over a week later. Then 6 days after bringing her home, she had it again and so this time the vet gave me the treatment to give her at home. I did this for at least two weeks and she looked like she had cleared up. However, after being clear for maybe 5 days or so, i noticed this morning she has started to get it again. Im worried she will just keep getting this and that it is not a nice way to live for her. i have tried changing her diet and cleaning the cage but she just keeps getting it. What do you suggest i should do?

I am against smoking it, but i think Cannabis is useful for things like hemp, which is a great natural fiber. And no, I'm a vegan. I dont touch any of that sheeiitt :] Foodwise, its taboo, but i dont think its absolutely horrid if other parts of the plant are used? I think using other parts of the cannabis plant is fine, but not so much the actual bud, but thats just my opinion. i dont think it should be used to get high...I stay clear of that stuff because I dont need it to feel good and to be happy :) It lowers your ability to cope with stress when not high on it, and it does have quite a few bad side effects.

I have long curly hair. And its real curly.(I'm half dominican) I love straightning my hair, but I can't do it unless I get under the helmet dryer thing. I am african american and have natural, kinky, very curly, and nappy hair. My sister got a relaxer at the age of 12 and her hair broke off and she got really bad split ends. Our stylist at the time, kept insisting on cutting her split ends off and soon, her hair got very short and uneven. She was very unhappy with the results and my mom decided that she wanted to go natural and would not let me relax my hair either. After I got to middle school, I became very discourage, because my hair was never manageable enough and I wore my hair up EVERY SINGLE DAY! So perm is totally out of the question. I tried natural and that didnt work to great either. I tried to convince my mom that keratin treatments would work but we soon found out about the formaldehyde problem and the dangers of doing that. It's been 13 days & my 2 Red-tailed Boa's are still not eating, help!?

So I got 2 RTB's on May 17th of 2011, they were 18'' long, one being a male and one female. The breeder said they will need to eat on that day in which i picked them up but they did not. I had them both housed together in a 55gal tank but from what I hear it may cause stress and cause them not to eat. However, I customized the tank a little bit and put a divider in the middle to separate the 2 for now until I build their enclosure. After the renovation I left the snakes alone for 2days without handling them, and this morning tried to feed the female because she was slithering around so I gave it a shot but it was a no go. Tomorrow will be 14days they have not ate. Im just getting worried, I mean these are 2 beautiful snakes and I really want the best for them. They still look healthy,about 21'' long, no bubbles or signs of breathing issues. I do see them drinking water from time to time also. Can anyone help me out or has anyone dealt with this before? I know force feeding is the last result and that's not a thought in my head yet but I mean if I have to result to that then I guess I must. I look forward to your answers, thank you.

My dad is bipolar and has been arrested over 30 times for numerous things-assault, aggrivated battery, attempted murder, tresspassing, violating perole, violating O.P., endangerment of a child, stalking, the list goes on and on. But that is just the bipolar disorder combined with some other mental issyes he has. I used to have good times with him, and I remember them. I miss his blue eyes and I wish to see them again. He was a nice guy and funny, loving, the best dad in the world, sometimes. But now I miss him soooo much. My mom told me he's in dominican republic because he has to do community service for something with his invalid passport IDK. But he called me and he acted like nothing ever happened!? But something didn't feel right about that phone call, as nice as it was. I don't know if it was the right choice or if I should let him back into my life? A month later we was chatting on the net like usual and she comes out of no where saying that she don't have gas for her stove and that she needs money I started to find things suspicious by then and I told her I didn't have any money ( which I didn't) and so she keeps bringing the subject up about her needing money to buy gas for food, I ignored her and talked about something else, a week later she tells me that she has gas for her stove and that she got it from a friend of hers who let her borrow it. Another month went by and she tells me that she has a big problem I was like wat was it she said that she did not have money for food and her mother needs money and that she wants to move out of her old apartment. I said to her " baby you know if I had the money I would send it to you but right now I don't have any" she was like she knows but she keeps bringing that subject up, so then she tells me that she is going to move out of her apartment to a different one because its bigger and better then her old one I told her ''Don't do it because you don't have any money and you can barely eat'' she said ok she want but two days later she tells me that she had moved to the new apartment I was shocked so I asked her "how did you move to that new apartment when you didn't have money?" she said she used her "market" money to pay for the apartment and now she's dont have food to eat? I told her now you see what you got yourself into you should have never moved, you could have used that money for food she was like ohh yeah I see that now I was like ok. In every subject she brings the subject up about her not having money, we can be talking about how her day was she finds some way to bring the subject about her needing money I got tired of being used and barely talk to her. My female budgie is spending most of her time in the nesting box, but she has been spending time in it for quite a long time. I believe she was doing it for the sole purpose of alleviating her arthritis pain, which she has in both of her feet. I accidentally grew maggots once! I thing that's what it was. Fruit flies (those little tiny things that fly around bananas as they get old) can lay eggs. I think there is a cycle that gets carried out over a period of time, but the eggs hatch and then something else happens and then the maggots appear. They have to have ideal conditions for this to occur, tike the right temperature and a source of food, I've read usually a starch. Well I've lived in Colorado all my life, and in the southern part of the state, which is predominately Chicano/Latino, there is a certain amount of animosity between the two groups. My puppy won't stand up and is lethargic... what's going on?

My puppy is 10 months old and he is pretty active. However, just this evening, he started acting very odd. He looked rather depressed, despite the fact that all day today he was happy. He couldn't climb up the stairs, where he was perched on the middle step. He wouldn't stand up when we interacted with him, and when we helped him up, he could barely stand properly on his back legs. He didn't yelp, whine, or act aggressive in any way. He had his tail between his legs but he could stand on his own. We felt his tummy, looked at his gums, and felt the rest of his body for any other signs of trauma or swelling. His muscles around his abdomen and leg area were somewhat tense, which caused us to look at signs of bloat. He does not seem to have that. In fact, he seemed to have a good appetite, eating his food and drinking some water. We suspect that he has a muscle injury, but we are unsure, as he does not act as if he is in pain, other than the fact that he looks very depressed with his tail between his legs. He will not straighten his hind legs all the way when we massage the seemingly injured area. Is this a muscle injury, or is it something else? Should he be taken to the veterinarian, or just observed and rested for awhile?

Dreams are usually representations of your subconscious or what you did the day before. Normally dreams do not hold any specific meaning and are usually random. Depending on how to want to look at the dream it could mean many different things. For one it could mean nothing but on the other hand you probably believe that you are a kind caring person who would help someone who is in need and you would want a little compensation for all of your deeds that you do. For me personally if I have a dream that I remember clearly I usually look for deeper meanings even though that I know deep down that they are usually random and don't mean anything. Punta Cana is great. I would definitely recommend going there. The beaches are awesome and the people are so friendly. Whilst the website might be pointing out potential dangers the Dominican Republic is actually one of the safest places in the Caribbean. As for All Inclusive resorts, generally all the basics like food and accommodation are covered. Other activities like Scuba Diving etc might be offered at extra cost but the hotel usually lets you know of this well in advance.

Yes, most likely. Most babies' hair textures will change in a few months. Just wait for it. A lot of babies ar born with straight hair or wavy hair, then in about 5-8 months it will start to get curly. And her hair color will probably be more than one color. But just be patient and you will see soon.

My horse has allergies?

My 13 year old quarter horse has allergies. His hair is peeling off his face and he has rubbed his tail. He is wormed regularly and just had his blood tested and the vet is thinking allergies. The vet gave him a steroidal injection due to his immediate symptoms. The blood test came back neg for parasites. It has been almost a month a it's not really getting any better. Should I do another injection? We live in Arizona and this only seems to happen in the late spring/summer. Should we just wait it out or do you think he's really uncomfortable.

Should I just kick my mom out of my life?

My girlfriend and I have been together for about 2 yrs. and her and my mom have NEVER gotten along. The reason they don't get along is because my gf is black (dominican and puerto rican) and according to my mother "all black people are bad people". Over these past couple of years I have done everything in my power (counseling, talking, fighting, etc.) to try and prove to my mom what a beautiful and wonderful person my gf is, but she just doesn't want to hear it. I dont want to be dark skinned?

i am Puerto Rican , Italian , Columbian , and Indian but i have dark skin. My mom is very light but my dad is kinda dark. I really hate being dark. It makes me sad. My moms family picks on me,people in school pick on me , my friends pick on me. Kids in my school ask what race i am and i literally get into arguments with people trying to convince them that i'm not black or Dominican. I am a rocker type chick. I like to rave , mosh , go to concerts and wild party's , listen to hard core music , techno , and dumb-step. So when i'm with my friends i feel like an outcast because there all so light and im the only dark one. My cat was the same way;; I rescued him from a pet store of all places. He was only 4 weeks, covered in fleas and sores, had the runs, and wasnt eating hard food;; cats love the outdoors and naturally want to go out to explore, I tried keeping mine in as well for I was scared he would get hurt by an animal or vehicle and even another person. He has random moments where his eyes get really big and he bites and doesn't let go. Perhaps taking him outside, maybe on a leash or in a playpen type setup wouldn't be a bad idea-- as for the attacking, he may very well be playing, he just doesn't grasp that hes hurting you while doing so. Give him treats when he does good and punish him (not like you would a dog obv) when he does bad.

Is it okay that my small dog pulls me on my skateboard for exercise?

Action/ Intonation question for a Strat?

I just got a used, but very new and in excellent condition Fender American Deluxe FMT HSS strat. It came set up with a pretty low action, which I like. But the 2-point bridge is set up flush to the body, so I can only bring the trem arm down. My question is twofold: first, if I simply tighten the claw screws and retune can I bring the bridge up to a position where i'll be able to go both up and down with the bar, or will this screw up the action? I don't want to have to mess around with any allen wrenches tonight. Second, if I were to do the above, how stable would my tuning be? It's got locking tuners and a roller nut, but I just don't know how much the fact that the bridge is flush to the body is helping with returning to the correct intonation. Would I need something like a tremsetter? Thanks to anyone who answers; it's a fantastic guitar, I just want to know what all i can do with it.
